Motor wouldn't Kick Down 
It maintained a High Idle Speed (The most probable cause for that is vacuum leak). Initially this only happened when it’s cold and slowly got worse over time. To "partially fix" that, I did a Clean-Lubricate-Protect thing:
  • First of all, Clean the carb. Use reputable stuffs such as STP carb spray cleaner. Spray that onto the carb’s linkages and into the carb’s throat 
  • Lubricate and Protect with Slick50 -1Lube. Again, spray that onto all the carb’s linkages and into the carb’s throat. For your information, Slick50 -1Lube actually coats the interior surfaces of carburetors with Teflon.

Loud Rattling
The plastic timing chain guide has a tendency to break after prolonged use. You can tell when it needs a change; i.e: Loud Rattling sound from the engine while idling. 

Underpowered 
It struggled to keep up with the flow of the traffic. The following is a list of items included with my new ignition system:
  • a Bosch coil (meant for a Mercedes W124),
  • NGK Iridium plugs (Gap: 1.1mm)
  • A set of Seiwa ignition cables (for a 8 Valve Mitsubishi/Proton).
Am very happy with the slight modification done to it because the car feels INCREDIBLY TORQUEY now.

Asus Zenfone 2 - Cost Effective Business Phone

To me, A simple powerful tool can help you achieve just about anything! I got my self a Zenfone 2 Lazer (ZE550KL)  not too long ago and have never felt so good about "Cheap Phones" (Mine, cost me RM599). And, I have been using it for my business. The phone feels responsive. As long as you are not playing high tech 3D games, both its processor (a Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon ) and the on-board Memory (which is 2Gb in size) should be more than enough to handle most if not all applications. KPIs and/or PMO Alone are a Waste of Time

t.wong@ tcompent .com Common Mistakes People Make Many use KPI as a management tool for Performance Improvement in Operations; i.e.: to either reduce cost or to improve productivity. Some even combine KPI with a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Compliance with Regulations (A penalty avoidance initiative). Engaging a third party Management Consulting to assist a company in the implementation of either KPI and/or Project Management Office (PMO). This is like hiring a witch doctor to copy and paste generic answers.  Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or some kind of computerization. Tools/Technologies are merely accelerator of momentum . They on their own will not do you much good. The Real Problems   Or root causes if you like, need to be addressed.
